SIHTM Travel Club Hosts Open House

In celebration of Tourism Month 2024, the University of Baguio School of International Hospitality and Tourism Management (SIHTM) is hosting an Open House event for members of the UB Community.

Held in partnership with the SIHTM Travel Club, the event aims to provide comprehensive travel support, ensuring that the community has access to streamlined and reliable services for both domestic and international travel. It is designed to help participants plan their trips without unnecessary complications or delays, encouraging exploration of global opportunities whether for work or for leisure.

The event is also held in observance of Sustainable Development Goals No. 4: Quality Education, No. 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, No. 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, and No. 10: Reduced Inequalities.

  • Expert Visa Counseling and Assistance
  • Hassle-free Domestic and International Booking Support

The event will be held from October 7 to 31, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the SIHTM Onyx Travel Agency Building, AB Floor, FGB Building.

SEAlympics 2025: UB Engineering & Architecture Students Unite in Fun and Sportsmanship

The SEAlympics 2025 at the University of Baguio brought together over 2,200 students and faculty members in a day filled with sports, traditional games, and camaraderie. Held at the Centennial Building’s 2nd Basement, the event aimed to promote teamwork and student engagement beyond academics. Participants enjoyed various activities, from Larong Pinoy games like Chinese Garter and Tic Tac Toe x Flip the Bottle to competitive basketball and volleyball matches.

With an electric atmosphere and enthusiastic participation, the event successfully strengthened the UBian spirit. Organizers are already planning improvements for the next SEAlympics, ensuring an even more exciting experience in the years to come.
