Preston Earl Tumapang, a Hospitality Management student specializing in Professional Culinary Arts at the University of Baguio’s School of International Hospitality and Tourism Management received a scholarship from the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Baguio (HRAB) on May 22, 2024.
