According to the University’s Admission and Records Office under policy ARC-PO-001, under number 7 which states, “All students with special needs shall be allowed to enroll in any private Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) whether in academic, vocational, or technical courses and other training programs.” And number 8, which states, “All students shall be allowed to enroll regardless of age, ethnicity, religious beliefs, nationality, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, and disability.”
