Opening the University of Baguio Libraries to visitors on Saturdays is a wonderful initiative that reflects the school’s commitment to community engagement and social responsibility. By making the school’s information resources freely available, UB empowers individuals to become lifelong learners, active citizens, and contributors to a sustainable future. This initiative supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 4—which aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education—and fosters a more equitable, inclusive, and prosperous society.

The University of Baguio believes that knowledge should be accessible to everyone, and by extending the library hours, and creating an inviting space for all community members. This effort encourages collaboration, innovation, and personal growth among individuals from diverse backgrounds.

The school invites everyone to take advantage of this opportunity to explore new ideas, develop skills, and engage with the community. Together, the school and you can build a brighter future where education is a shared journey that uplifts all.  Come and join in this exciting endeavor as UB works toward nurturing informed and empowered citizens who are ready to make meaningful contributions to society.
