The University of Baguio partners with leading higher education institutions, corporations, industries, government, and non-government agencies to build strong partnerships, linkages, and networks. The potential benefits of forging partnerships create greater opportunities for the UB Academic community. Moreover, the University of Baguio’s ability to actively engage in partnerships is a sign of the institution’s strength to create international and national visibility. To effectively support and manage these academic collaborations, the university has recommended revised Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines (PPG).

These revised policies, procedures, and guidelines have been reviewed and recommended in order to support the university, schools, and offices that strive to establish a strong and meaningful academic collaboration between Higher Educational Institutions, industry, government, and non-government partnerships. It contains the new policies, procedures, and process flow of establishing new partnerships and renewing and terminating agreements/contracts.

Furthermore, by forging strong partnerships and networks, the University of Baguio is paving the way for a more collaborative and interconnected academic community. The revised PPG details the format and basic components of a Memorandum of Agreements/Understanding. Part of it includes the monitoring, assessment, and evaluation of the partnership by the Linkages Office, respective schools, departments, and offices to ensure that the provisions stipulated in the partnership agreement are implemented and observed.
