As part of the University of Baguio’s continued commitment to student welfare and its support for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education, the UB SBAA Student Body successfully conducted an Exam Kit and Treats Distribution during the Preliminary Examination Week from February 16 to 21, 2026.
The initiative aimed to promote an inclusive and supportive academic environment by ensuring that SBAA students were adequately equipped for their examinations. A total of approximately 200 exam kits were prepared and distributed at the Centennial Lobby, 3rd Floor. Each kit contained essential testing materials, including a pencil, ballpen, marker, and paper.
To further support students during the demanding examination period, the organization also provided exam treats such as candies, nuts, biscuits, coffee, and chocolate drinks. These refreshments were intended to help reduce stress, boost energy, and encourage a positive mindset among examinees.

Through this initiative, the UB SBAA Student Body helped minimize minor yet significant barriers that may affect student performance, such as lack of writing materials or physical fatigue. By addressing both academic preparedness and student well-being, the activity directly contributes to SDG 4’s objective of ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education.

The program reflects the University of Baguio’s institutional advocacy of fostering academic excellence, student-centered service, and holistic support systems. The collective effort of student leaders and volunteers ensured the smooth implementation of the activity, reinforcing the culture of care and shared responsibility within the SBAA community.
Through meaningful and practical initiatives such as this, the University continues to strengthen its impact in advancing quality education at the local level while aligning with global sustainability standards.
