The UBLES Small Voices Choir filled the air with festive melodies as guest performers during the Christmas Centerpiece Launch at SM City Baguio on Friday, October 24, 2025. The event aimed to celebrate the beginning of the holiday season by bringing together the community through music, art, and joyful performances that reflect the values of unity, creativity, and celebration. This initiative aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 – Quality Education, by providing learners an opportunity to develop artistic expression and cultural appreciation through performance. It also supports SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities, as the event fosters inclusive and vibrant community engagement, and SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals, through the collaboration between the University of Baguio Laboratory Elementary School (UBLES) and SM City Baguio. Invited VIPs from the City Government of Baguio, SM Management, and enthusiastic mallgoers witnessed the angelic voices of the Small Voices Choir, whose songs were beautifully complemented by the graceful dances of other guest performers. The harmonious blend of music and movement created a heartwarming atmosphere that united everyone in celebration of the Christmas spirit. The UBLES community extends its heartfelt gratitude to the University of Baguio Administration for their continued support. The choir’s participation not only showcased the young performers’ musical excellence but also reflected the university’s commitment to nurturing creativity, artistry, and community spirit through education and meaningful partnerships. It was truly a night to remember—one filled with harmony, celebration, and the magic of Christmas in the City of Pines.
