The training is led by the Philippine Red Cross-Baguio Chapter on January 6-7, 2025 at UBLES Quadrangle.
A total of 24 UBLES Teachers attended the First Aid and Basic Life Support with Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training that was held on January 6-7, 2025. The training aimed to equip participants with essential first aid skills and knowledge to respond effectively in emergency situations.
The First Aid and Basic Life Support with Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training is crucial for the UBLES Teachers as it enhances their capacity to handle medical emergencies on campus. By acquiring these skills, they are better prepared to provide immediate care to individuals experiencing health crises, which can potentially save lives. The training emphasizes the importance of quick and effective response by recognizing the signs and symptoms of various medical conditions and applying first aid techniques correctly.
The training was conducted by qualified speakers and trainers from Philippine Red Cross-Baguio Chapter, an organization specializing in emergency response training. Their expertise provided valuable insights and practical skills to the participants, enabling them to act confidently and competently in emergency situations.
