In a powerful display of unity and collaboration with Task Group – Baguio, comprised of PROCOR-RMFB 15 and the Philippine Military, the School of Criminal Justice and Public Safety (SCJPS) organized a symposium aimed at equipping criminology and forensic science students with the necessary tools to combat insurgency. The event, which took place on February 17, 2023, at the University of Baguio RCB Dome, served as a platform to educate students about Ending Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC) and encourage their active involvement in fostering peace and stability within the country.
The symposium witnessed an impressive gathering of aspiring criminologists and forensic scientists who were eager to learn more about the role they can play in addressing the challenges posed by insurgency.
