Returned exchange students and faculty from the University of Baguio paid a courtesy visit to University President Dr. Javier Herminio D. Bautista on June 17, 2025.

The visit included Boy Scout delegates from UB High School and Science High who recently participated in the Scout Exchange Program in South Korea, accompanied by their advisers, Ms. Ana Lyn Dingli and Mr. Mark Neil Bosway. They shared key highlights from their one-week cultural and leadership immersion.

Also present were students from the School of Nursing, School of Information Technology, and School of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts, who took part in the Student Exchange Program in China. Having stayed for three months at Linyi University and Jining Polytechnic, the students reflected on their academic, cultural, and professional experiences abroad.

Academic exchange is an integral part of UB’s commitment to providing balanced, quality education that can meet the demands of the global community. Giving students the opportunity to expand their horizons through international travel and education extends their learning beyond the classroom, enriching their personal and professional growth and shaping innovative and culturally aware individuals who can make meaningful contributions in the community.
